# 🧑‍🏫 Leading The Revolution - Training Program

A key question in the revolution is: **who will do the work?** Who will organize the work? Who will manage the organizers? And most importantly—**how do we make decisions?**

If we want a real revolution, we must build a **network of leadership**—not as an abstract ideal, but as a dynamic system of relationships, where power is shared and decisions are made with purpose. If power is too decentralized, strategy gets lost. If it’s too centralized, movements stall. **To win, we need people power—and that means empowering many individuals within our movement.**

That’s why I’m inviting you to **Forging the Future**—a **12-month leadership training program** designed to cultivate the skills, strategy, and trust needed to make revolutionary organizing effective.
