It's time for leaders to step up to climate chaos. Here's the training program to become one.
A key question in the revolution is: who will do the work? Who will organize the work? Who will manage the organizers? And most importantly—how do we make decisions?
If we want a real revolution, we must build a network of leadership—not as an abstract ideal, but as a dynamic system of relationships, where power is shared and decisions are made with purpose. If power is too decentralized, strategy gets lost. If it’s too centralized, movements stall. To win, we need people power—and that means empowering many individuals within our movement.
That’s why I’m inviting you to Forging the Future—a 12-month leadership training program designed to cultivate the skills, strategy, and trust needed to make revolutionary organizing effective.
